Affidea Group has expanded in Switzerland with the acquisitions of two radiology and gastroenterology centers.
The acquisitions include Röntgeninstitut Baden AG and Ambulante Gastroenterologie Baden AG, and allow Affidea to extend its national diagnostic imaging network in German-speaking Switzerland, while also creating a more comprehensive cancer care pathway in colorectal and gastroenterology on top of its existing breast care business in Zurich, company officials said.
With these acquisitions in Baden, Affidea has reached 358 centers in Europe, working with more than 14,000 professionals and serving over 13 million patients every year, the company noted.
