Affidea plans to purchase MedEuropa Romania, a cancer care provider.
MedEuropa operates four medical centers in Romania, in Constanta, Bucharest, Brasov, and Oradea. It provides advanced cancer care such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The purchase will add radiotherapy services to Affidea's Romanian offerings.
Completion of the deal is subject to approval of the Romanian Competition Council, Affidea said.
