PACS vendor Sectra has secured contracts with two National Health Service (NHS) Foundation Trust hospitals in the U.K.
University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust is the first in Cumbria and Lancashire to move away from its local service provider contract under the former NHS National Programme for IT and shift to Sectra's PACS and vendor-neutral archive, the company said.
Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will also install Sectra PACS in its Royal Preston Hospital and also Chorley and South Ribble Hospital later this year, according to the firm.
