Radiation detection technology firm Kromek has received an order for 742,500 euros to supply its cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) detectors to an undisclosed SPECT original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
The majority of the order is for delivery in the Kromek's current financial year.
Kromek also has received a 750,000 euro, first-year exclusivity payment from an OEM CT company as part of its 3.9 million euro mutually exclusive development contract. Kromek will develop and supply CZT-based color detectors as part of the initial two-year agreement.
