The European Coordination Committee of the Radiological, Electromedical, and Healthcare IT Industry (COCIR) has launched an interactive e-learning tool to support its pan-European code of conduct.
The COCIR code of conduct sets the ethical standards for companies in their interactions with healthcare professionals. The e-learning tool is designed to improve and help test companies and their sales-channel partners regarding knowledge and understanding of key principles and practical applications.
The COCIR code of conduct, formally launched in 2009, is published in six languages: Dutch, French, German, Italian, and Spanish, in addition to English.
The e-learning tool is available on COCIR's website. An Apple iPad version also is available.
