The European Coordination Committee of the Radiological, Electromedical, and Healthcare IT Industry (COCIR) has elected Kevin Haydon from Philips Healthcare as its new president.
Haydon is executive vice president, global sales and service international, for Philips. He succeeds Heinrich von Wulfen, senior vice president, healthcare sector, global sector sales, at Siemens Healthcare. Von Wulfen's term had come to a close.
Haydon has been a board member on the COCIR Economic Affairs Committee since 2004, and he has previously been an industry representative on the British Institute of Radiology Council and chairman of the Association of X-Ray Equipment Manufacturers.
COCIR Secretary General Nicole Denjoy thanked von Wulfen for his service and commitment to COCIR and its membership, and welcomed Haydon to his new post.
