The College of Radiographers (CoR) is calling on experienced radiographers and sonographers to join its expert witness list for medicolegal cases in the U.K.
The college said it "regularly" receives solicitor requests that seek members who are willing, trained, and able to act as expert witnesses, as well as review documents for fitness to practice cases.
The CoR will host an online training event in October 2022 for those new to the role and who have submitted an application to join the expert witness list. The event will be run by Bond Solon with input from two experienced members on the expert witness list. Numbers are limited and the event will be an interactive webinar.
