The European Society of Urogenital Radiology (ESUR) has updated its guidelines on contrast media.
Version 8.0 contains updated recommendations on contrast-induced nephropathy, dialysis, late adverse reactions, gadolinium-based contrast media, and nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, according to Dr. Henrik Thomsen, chairman of the ESUR's contrast media safety committee.
