She also celebrates the welcome return of in-person congresses and speaks about the wider impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the world.
Kuhl is professor and chair of radiology at University Hospital Aachen, Germany. In her spare time, she loves to unwind and relax at a small farm she owns, even though it's become a victim of climate change and essential supplies like water and hay are becoming increasingly scarce, she says.
