The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and Los Angeles-based publishing company SAGE have announced that they are publishing a new peer review journal called European Heart Journal: Acute Cardiovascular Care.
This journal will be the official publication of the ESC's Working Group on Acute Cardiac Care. It will publish articles reflecting an integrative approach combining the expertise of cardiology, emergency, and intensive care medicine in the management of patients with acute cardiovascular syndromes.
The first issue will be published in the spring of 2012.
