Diagnostic imaging, outpatient, and cancer care services provider Affidea has acquired Medical Service Budapest, an outpatient healthcare firm in Hungary.
The purchase further expands the company's presence in Hungary and strengthens its outpatient service portfolio, it said. With the acquisition, Affidea's network now includes 273 European centers.
Medical Service Budapest is Affidea's fifth acquisition in the past six months, according to the firm.
