Diagnostic imaging, outpatient, and cancer care services provider Affidea has acquired U.K. orthopedic group Fortius Clinic.
This acquisition fits Affidea's strategy of growth to develop a portfolio of outpatient services, while building upon a complementary geographic footprint.
Fortius includes 90 leading specialists and ranks among the top 20 orthopedic groups in the world. It operates three outpatient and diagnostic clinics in central London, as well as the Fortius Surgical Centre and a specialist Joint Replacement Centre in partnership with Bupa.
