Carestream Health has launched a new small-format cesium iodide x-ray digital detector for pediatric, extremity, and tabletop imaging.
The company's new DRX Plus 2530C detector has a resolution of 98 microns and measures 25 x 30 cm. It includes a built-in wireless access point and long battery life, as well as the company's X-Factor technology, which allows any Carestream DRX Plus detectors to be used with any DRX imaging system, the company said.
