Carestream Health has signed three multiyear contracts for more than 22 million euros to implement its Vue Clinical Collaboration Platform and digital radiography systems for healthcare facilities in Italy's Emilia Romagna, Liguria, and Molise regions.
The Area Vasta Emilia Centro is a network of 18 health facilities and more than 7,000 healthcare professionals who handle over 1.5 million radiologic examinations per year. More than 830 radiologists and 8,000 clinicians will have access to the patient images through the Vue platform, which is designed to provide secure use on a smartphone and tablet.
