Medical imaging phantom provider Pure Imaging Phantoms released a new micro-CT phantom kit at the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO) meeting last month in Milan.
The new kit includes six individual phantoms and has been tested and approved by a micro-CT scanner manufacturer, according to the firm. It's designed for use in micro-CT research and image quality testing, Pure Imaging Phantoms said.
The company sold the first kit to Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, U.S.
