Proton therapy developer Ion Beam Applications (IBA) has won a contract to install its ProteusOne compact intensity-modulated proton therapy device in Charleroi, Belgium.
The contract is an agreement between IBA and four universities: the Free University of Brussels, the University of Liège, the University of Mons, and the University of Namur. It is valued at 25 million to 30 million euros and includes a service contract and research programs in collaboration with the four universities, the company said.
