Navidea Biopharmaceuticals said its European commercial partner SpePharm has launched the Lymphoseek radiopharmaceutical in Denmark, the Netherlands, and the U.K.
Under an exclusive sublicense agreement, Navidea will receive an upfront payment, milestone payments, and royalties on all European net sales of Lymphoseek from SpePharm, an affiliate of Dutch pharmaceutical company Norgine. The sales territory includes all 28 member states of the European Union, Navidea said.
