Agfa HealthCare has installed four DR Retrofit direct radiography (DR) units with cesium iodide detectors and two computed radiography (CR) systems at the Bedford Hospital National Health Service (NHS) Trust in Bedford, U.K.
With approximately 425 in-patient beds and 28 day beds within the hospital, Bedford Hospital NHS Trust provides a full range of district general hospital services to more than 270,000 people living predominantly in Bedfordshire, the firm said.
