Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Europe has launched a new international initiative to support the U.K. National Health Service (NHS) Digital Exemplars in finding partners to help guide them in IT projects.
The HIMSS program will offer a range of services including working with the Exemplars to evaluate their level of digital maturity using the Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model (EMRAM) and Continuity of Care Maturity Model (CCMM) as its benchmarking tools.
HIMSS also will collaborate with the 12 NHS organizations to help them align and share best practice with hospitals across the world that have shared their data with HIMSS to obtain an EMRAM score.
