Radiation oncology firm Elekta reported decreased net sales but improved net losses in its first quarter of 2016.
For the quarter (end-30 July), the company's net sales were 1.9 billion krona (196 million euros), down 16% compared with 2.2 billion krona (233 million euros) in the same quarter of 2015.
For the quarter, Elekta posted a net loss of 64 million krona (6.7 million euros), an improvement over a net loss of 129 million krona (13.4 million euros) in the same period of 2015, the company said.
