Ultrasound technology developer SuperSonic Imagine has appointed a new interim president and CEO.
Bernard Doorenbos, previously a member of the supervisory board, will be the interim president and CEO to succeed to Tom Egelund.
Doorenbos' main objectives will be to strengthen commercial activity in the company's territories, increase its visibility within the investment community, and continue to develop the company through its pipeline of products and partnerships, the firm said.
Doorenbos served as an interim president of the supervisory board at SuperSonic Imagine from May 29 to October 1 and has been a member of its supervisory board since May 29. Among other qualifications, he was chairman and member of the supervisory board of Nedstat (now ComScore) between 2001 and 2011. Between 2006 and 2013, he provided leadership as CEO for various industrial companies in the Netherlands and Belgium.
