Galway Clinic has set a goal to become the first hospital in the Republic of Ireland to give patients access to their electronic health records (EHR) by November 2016.
The facility took the first step toward that end by installing Meditech's latest EHR software, Meditech 6.1, along with BridgeHead Software's RAPid data protection suite to protect and recover information lost from a power or system outage, data corruption, loss, or major disaster.
