PACS vendor Visbion said it provided services for the Rugby World Cup, which ended on Saturday with a victory in the final by defending champions New Zealand over Australia.
The vendor furnished a set of four mobile PACS for storage and review of diagnostic images between the various rugby grounds with no PACS in situ. In addition, the system was equipped with encrypted routing to a remote reporting service, enabling images to be sent quickly and securely to experts for assessment, Visbion said.
