Medical imaging software developer MeVis Medical Solutions has added two new members to its supervisory board and named a new chairman.
Joerg Faessler and Glen Hilton, both executives at Varian Medical Systems, have been elected as supervisory board members, replacing Dr. Heinz-Otto Peitgen and Peter Kuhlmann-Lehmkuhle, who had previously resigned. Varian acquired MeVis in April.
Faessler was elected chairman, while current board member Dr. Jens Kruse will serve as deputy chairman, MeVis said.
