MR Solutions has received an order from Manchester University, U.K., for its 3-tesla preclinical MRI scanner.
The cryogen-free scanner will be used to support molecular imaging research at the university's Wolfson Molecular Imaging Center's Regenerative Medicine research program, which aims to develop clearer understanding of the potential risks and hazards of therapies and to develop new methodologies to assess risk, according to MR Solutions.
