Agfa HealthCare said it will be providing computed radiography (CR) and digital radiography (DR) technology to the Plymouth Hospitals National Health Service (NHS) Trust in the U.K.
Agfa's CR 30-X and DX-G systems have already been delivered to all of the Trust's radiology departments. Four DR rooms are also in the process of being installed within the Derriford Hospital accident and emergency department. Of these four rooms, two will have DX-D 300 DR units and the other two will receive Agfa's DX-D 600 DR systems, according to the vendor. The firm's MUSICA image-processing software has also been included.
