Healthcare IT firm Bio-Optronics has announced a partnership agreement with French PACS, RIS, and teleradiology firm Global Imaging Online.
It used the venue of the annual congress of the French Radiology Society, les Journées Françaises de Radiologie (JFR), to introduce its scheduling software.
The company entered the European market with its Momentum radiology physician and staff schedule and its DIAM RIS at the JFR meeting held this week in Paris. Momentum is automated staff scheduling software that takes into account scheduling policies and individual preferences. When it is integrated with Bio-Optronics' RIS, radiology practices also have the ability to schedule patient appointment times and optimize resource use, according to the company.
Global Imaging Online will be the exclusive reseller of Momentum in France, Bio-Optronics said.
