The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) is expanding its portfolio of journals by publishing the European Journal of Hybrid Imaging.
The new journal will feature articles on hybrid and multimodality imaging in clinical practice and trials as well as preclinical research, according to Editor-in-Chief Dr. Arturo Chiti, who is also a member of the editorial advisory board of AuntMinnieEurope.com. The journal currently is seeking articles for consideration and submission.
In its January newsletter, EANM also announced the death of Dr. Gian Luigi Buraggi, who died in Milan, Italy, on Friday 23 December 2016. He spent most of his career at the National Cancer Institute, and became director of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy in 1991.
