The German Roentgen Society (DRG) is highlighting updates to its leadership academy, which supports medical managers through educational offerings.
More than 200 radiologists have attended DRG leadership academy seminars since the academy was established in 2016. Seminars have covered topics such as conflict management, creating and motivating teams, managing the economic aspects of a department, and dealing with legal concerns.
Upcoming events include the following:
- 3 to 4 November: Time and self-management
- 8 November: Retaining employees
- 24 and 25 November: Basic course
- 26 and 27 January, 2024: Strategic options for action and process optimization
