French image archive software developer Medexprim and the Collège des Enseignants en Radiologie de France (CERF) have launched a new radiology research project platform.
The cloud-based, healthcare data hosting platform allows radiologists from different hospitals to access anonymized images for build research datasets, Medexprim said.
CERF works with university hospital teachers, radiology interns, and anyone contributing to teaching or research in radiology and medical imaging, Medexprim said. Users can coordinate studies conducted on the platform and are consulted before any image data from PACS or RIS is used, according to the firm.
