Affidea makes further acquisitions in Spain, Portugal, Romania

Imaging operator Affidea has acquired seven new facilities in Spain, Portugal, and Romania.

The new acquisitions include the following:

• Clínica Nuno álvares and Clínica de Santa Mafalda in Portugal
• Two Phoenix medical centres in Deva and Alba Iulia, Romania
• The polyclinics Infanta Mercedes Medical Centre, El Mirador Polyclinic, and Colmenar Viejo Radiodiagnosis in Spain

With the acquisitions, Affidea now owns 327 centers in Europe. It has also increased its revenues by a compound annual growth rate of 16% since 2018, according to the company.
