Membership in the European Society of Radiology (ESR) tipped over 125K in November, representing an increase of 2.4% from last year, according to the society.
The milestone may be attributed to the growing number of educational services and promotional offers for the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), an official said. Benefits of membership include lower registration fees for ECR 2022, for instance.
The ESR now has members from 181 countries, demonstrating increased diversity and a growing presence of the society in countries it hasn't previously collaborated with. In addition, the number of members from outside the traditional field of radiology has also increased, the ESR said.
