Radiation oncology firm Elekta has issued a bond worth 1 billion Swedish kronor ($117.6 million U.S.).
The bond has a five-year maturity term, according to the firm, and is split into two portions: fixed and floating. The first portion consists of 300 million kronor ($35.3 million) with a fixed annual interest rate of 1.58%, while the second consists of 700 million kronor ($82.3 million) with a floating interest rate of three months at the Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate (STIBOR), plus an interest margin of 1.2% paid quarterly, Elekta said.
