Siemens installs first Essenza in U.K.

Siemens Healthcare of Erlangen, Germany, has made the first installation of its Magnetom Essenza MRI scanner in the U.K.

The 1.5-tesla scanner was installed at London Bridge Hospital, part of the HCA hospital group, and complements three other Siemens MRI units at the facility.
