Siemens Healthcare of Erlangen, Germany, is working with the Stroke Association of London to launch the third annual Stroke for Stroke campaign to raise awareness of stroke and highlight the benefits of a healthy diet and regular exercise.
The campaign will run January 25-31, 2010, and will challenge members of the public to row 10 km (six miles) to help raise funds.
The campaign has raised more than 70,000 euros ($90,000 U.S.) through the rowing event.
