Elekta takes Czech software order

Swedish oncology firm Elekta of Stockholm will provide treatment planning and information management software for Proton Therapy Center Czech in Prague.

The facility will install Elekta's Mosaiq oncology information software designed to enhance processes and allow real-time access to clinical information.

The center also will be equipped with XiO, which combines tools and calculation algorithms to generate enhanced treatment plans.
