Canon Medical Systems U.K. has renewed its multiyear agreement as Manchester United football club's medical imaging systems' partner.
Players will have continued access to Canon's imaging equipment to examine injuries, screening to prevent them, and to improve overall welfare. The collaboration also is designed to advance medical research to benefit all patients and healthcare professionals worldwide.
The agreement began six years ago with the installation of CT, MRI, and ultrasound equipment in the medical center at Manchester United's Aon Training Complex in northwest England.
