The judges in the e-poster exhibition at ECR 2025 have given prizes to more than a dozen Spanish research groups, underlining the country's recent string of successes in this area of the congress, the Spanish Society of Medical Radiology (SERAM) announced on 21 February.
Among the authors from who have received accolades for their work to be presented at the Vienna congress from 26 February to 2 March are:
- Magna cum laude award to Monica Régil Guerrero from Donostia-San Sebastián (Facial trauma: Brief guide on where to look at in CT scan, poster number C-11800).
- Cum laude awards to Francisco Javier Azpeitia Arman (A Comprehensive Guide to Radiology in Shoulder Arthroplasty: Essential Insights for Evaluating Shoulder Replacements, C-18367) from Madrid; CĂ©sar Antonio LĂłpez LĂłpez from Santander (In Plain Sight: Unveiling Overlooked Orbital Findings, C-12569); Zhao Hui Chen Zhou from Madrid (Beyond the brain: a comprehensive review of non-parenchymal metastases in cranial MRI: tips and pitfalls, C-12754); Marcos Sánchez MartĂnez from Murcia (MRI of the Brachial Plexus, Protocol and Pathology: What Radiologists Need to know, C-14097); Carlos Marin Rodriguez from Madrid (The role of diagnostic imaging in double outflow right ventricle, C-11671); Aranzazu Sánchez GabĂn from Santander (Main findings and complications after spine surgery: a pictorial review for general radiologists, C-14597); and Pilar Cifrian Casuso from Santander (Bone Zoom: A radiological expedition through the ear with CBCT, C-16309).
