Philips Healthcare has unveiled its HD7 ultrasound system at the 2008 European Congress of Radiology (ECR) in Vienna.
HD7 provides grayscale and color Doppler imaging with one-button optimization, as well as tissue harmonic imaging, according to the Andover, MA-based vendor. It also features a variety of transducers, an adjustable flat-panel monitor, enhanced software, and advanced imaging, measurement, and quantification technologies.
HD7 is not currently available for sale in the U.S.
