Esaote unveils new RIS/PACS at ECR

Italian ultrasound vendor Esaote has introduced a new RIS/PACS package called Estensa at the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) in Vienna, Austria.

Estensa features a structured report system that allows radiologists to share all findings, images, observations, and associated measurements with specialists and general practitioners. It includes 3D image visualization and also "virtual navigation" and processing technology, the Genoa, Italy-based company said.
