The World Health Organization (WHO) has published an update on the national health screening program in Sweden.
In its report, the WHO describes how Sweden's national screening programs for cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, and 25 congenital diseases in newborn children are implemented. Sweden's National Board of Health and Welfare recommends these screening programs, but it's up to each healthcare region to decide whether or not to implement them.
