Swiss imaging service and parts provider Medical Equipment Solutions and Applications (MESA) has acquired Polish imaging equipment service firm MVS.
The purchase, which builds upon a five-year relationship and previous investment by MESA in MVS, continues MESA's European expansion and consolidates the market for independent multivendor service in Poland, according to the company. MESA said MVS' facility for parts, equipment refurbishment, and testing in Mikolow also strengthens its pan-European service delivery infrastructure.
