Refurbished equipment supplier Probo Medical of Tampa, Florida, has purchased U.K.-based medical equipment and services company Mi Healthcare. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Mi Healthcare provides ultrasound and x-ray sales, rentals, and services throughout the U.K., with offices in both England and Scotland. The acquisition supports Probo's continued European expansion, the company said.
