The European Congress of Radiology (ECR) will be staying put in Vienna until 2025 after its organizer, the European Society of Radiology (ESR), renewed its contract with operators of the congress venue.
ESR announced the contract extension in a tweet on 1 December.

Founded in 1967, ECR in its early years rotated through different European cities but adopted Vienna as its permanent home in 1991. The meeting took place very two years during the 1990s, but shifted to an annual format in 1999.
The 2018 edition of the meeting is scheduled for 28 February through 4 March.
