U.K.-based MR Solutions plans to highlight its latest cryogen-free preclinical MR models at the upcoming European Molecular Imaging Meeting (EMIM) 2019 in Glasgow, Scotland. The company's scanners run up to 9.4 tesla in strength.
The scanners can be combined with PET or SPECT imaging for simultaneous or sequential imaging exams. The cryogen-free technology eliminates bulky and expensive liquid helium cooling, reducing the weight and size of the scanners, MR Solutions said.
