United Imaging is highlighting three of its AI imaging products at ECR 2025 in Vienna: uAIFI ACS for MRI, the DELTA algorithm for CT, and HYPER DLR for PET.
- uAIFI ACS accelerates imaging and offers the capability of completing whole-body scans in under 100 seconds, the company said. Specific regions including the head and pelvis require only 88 seconds and 73.4 seconds, respectively, added United.
- DELTA can reduce radiation doses by up to 80% while increasing low-contrast resolution by nearly 160%, according to the company.
- HYPER DLR improves image quality by boosting the signal-to-noise ratio by 42%, United said.
The company noted that it has achieved 13 CE-marked applications and more than 15 AI platforms.
At the meeting, United Imaging also showcased its uAI AVATAR medical assistant and uAI MERITS (Metaverse Ecosystem for Robotic Intervention, Therapy, and Surgery) surgical platform. These applications integrate deep learning and natural language processing to support clinicians in both diagnostic and procedural tasks, according to the firm.
uAI AVATAR streamlines patient interactions and supports clinicians by providing real-time diagnostic insights and guidance. uAI MERITS guides surgeons through preoperative planning, intraoperative navigation, and postoperative follow-up.
United Imaging recently established a European headquarters, and AI has been integrated across the company's full equipment portfolio, including CT, MRI, PET/CT, PET/MRI, x-ray, radiation therapy, and mammography, United said.
