Philips has expanded its mobile C-arm product line with the launch of Zenition 10.
Positioned as a lower-cost option, the flat-panel detector-based Zenition 10 is designed to expand patient access to routine surgical care and minimally invasive procedures, according to the vendor. It features user profiles, customizable presets, application-specific protocols, and high maneuverability, the company said.
In addition to image capture and acquisition techniques, Zenition 10 also includes a low-dose pediatric mode, digital subtraction angiography capability, an uninterruptible power supply, and the firm's BodySmart technology for automatically adapting the measuring field to the area of interest.
The system can be utilized in orthopedics, trauma, and other areas of surgery, Philips said.
