MRIguidance has announced that Rik Jacobs has become the company's CEO. The appointment was effective from 22 August.
Jacobs succeeds Peter Seevinck, a co-founder who served as interim CEO following the untimely death of co-founder and former CEO Roel Raatgever in November 2021.
Prior to joining MRIguidance, Jacobs was the former CEO of Vertex Dental and founder of Nextdent, a Dutch startup that focused on 3D printing for dental applications. In his new position, Rik will focus on accelerating commercial growth, expansion to the U.S., and raising next year's series A funding.
