Ultrasound technology developer Exact Imaging has received the CE Mark for its FusionVu micro-ultrasound/MRI fusion application for prostate biopsy.
FusionVu operates on the company's ExactVu micro-ultrasound system, and allows urologists to perform targeted prostate biopsies via cognitive fusion with Cognitive Assist or micro-ultrasound/MR fusion.
The company plans to highlight ExactVu and FusionVu at the upcoming annual meeting of the European Association of Urology (EAU) in Copenhagen, it said.
