Agfa HealthCare has secured a vendor neutral archive (VNA) contract with Fédération des Hôpitaux Luxembourgeois to provide a national level, enterprise imaging platform that will cover all the hospitals in Luxembourg.
The VNA will make all patient images accessible from any hospital in the country, and will be linked with Luxembourg's national electronic health record, Agfa said.
To fulfill the contract, Agfa will work with two partners: government-owned telecommunications firm POST Luxembourg and IT firm EMC.
